OK, so I missed last week’s deadline for the CoS writing contest. It’s too bad, too, because I was excited that my perspective was so different from everyone else’s. Sigh ( Read more... )

Billywiggy,

I believe anyone that can write a story about a bowl full of silvery mist (?) and make it so very interesting, can certainly write something about Ron Weasley's perspective of the yule ball. The best I could do with a bowl would probably describe a china pattern! LOL!

I loved your story and can't wait to read more of your stories! ;)

Beautifully written!

You really caught Dumbledore's position between what is to be done and his love for those involved - what is right and what is easy.

Looking forward to the next one!

Thank you so much!

It was fun writing someone's point of view other than Snape's. ;) I sometimes think the entire HP series could be rewritten from say Snape or Dumbledore's perspective and be excellent reads on their own.

That would be very interesting. Reminds me of Little Dorrit … (The story is written from two perspectives as two books, yet one only understands the full story after finishing the second one).
