Tiny Showcase is a site that sells small runs of great quality (but surprisingly cheap) prints of illustrations. The goal is to "make art more accessible to the non-gallery-attending populace". One print a week. They make good presents.

I am in Cagayan de Oro... just got in from Cotabato and Marawi.
Some friends are waiting for me at some restaurant. But I just had gummy seaweed salad in the bus station and I'm not hungry!

Cotabato and Some Fruit
I'm leaving for Cotabato at 5AM tomorrow morning. That means pulling another all-nighter so I don't miss my flight, or repeat that Zamboanga "packing" incident where I had to throw all my stuff in a supot because I was running super late. Rainboots
Okay, who thinks galoshes are totally disgusting?
I'm buying a pair soon. I got home today and my feet were wrinkly and wet with Katipunan street water (probably mixed with things like dura and engine oil, mmmm). I was wearing slippers, but soaked sneakers or espadrilles are ten times less inviting, and you don't get to wipe your feet off ( Read more... )
