Cocktail
An update regarding the mojitos:
This morning, I purchased many things.
Things for the Growing of Mint:
1.) Flower Pot
2.) Potting Soil/Mix
3.) Spearmint Plant
Things for the Making of Mojitos:
1.) Club Soda
2.) Mint (Spearmint) Leaves
3.) Raw Sugar (I'm gonna try both raw and white [anyone use raw at all?])
Things that have yet to be attained:
1.) Muddler
I'm going to try to grow spearmint. The nursery had many variations of mint: peppermint, pinneapple mint, lemon mint, and spearmint. I went with what I've seen in most of the recipes. I think that if this (wait for it...) experi-MINT works, I'll get all sorts of other types to try and grow to see if I like them as well (just for something different).
I planted Minty (its name) in the pot. She'll have to grow into her new home but apparently these things grow like weeds. This is really the first time I've tried to grow something. Maybe I'll get around to posting some pics of Minty the Spearmint.
