I just made the first mojito with the leaves of Minty. YUM!  Think of all the money this is going to save me! ;)

She's growing really, really well.  I'm trimming up some of the longer pieces so that it'll bush out more in the middle.  I should really post a picture.

I made my first three attempts of mojito's last night.  I'm trying to figure out the sugar, mint, booze ratios.  I'll get the hang of it!  It's at least fun to try! :-D

An update regarding the mojitos:

This morning, I purchased many things.

Things for the Growing of Mint:
    1.)  Flower Pot
    2.)  Potting Soil/Mix
    3.)  Spearmint Plant

Things for the Making of Mojitos:
    1.)  Club Soda
    2.)  Mint (Spearmint) Leaves
    3.)  Raw Sugar (I'm gonna try both raw and white [anyone use raw at all?])

At dinner last night, I ordered a mojito.  I am now in love.

Where's the best place to buy a muddler?  Loads of places sell mojito sets, which I don't really need.  I have martini and margarita sets that have everything else.  I just need a muddler.
