For those following this blog, you know what I was following the adventures and turmoil of Hooters Restaurant opening in this very Catholic conservative town.  You also know that, unfortunately, very few things happened that were noteworthy...like riots, protests, etc etc.  I'm not sure if that will actually change but I am pleased to report that

I had no idea St. Cloud is Catholic and conservative.

I never would have guessed. Makes me glad I don't live there. Now visiting for hockey games, that's okay.
