I'm trying really hard to do well. This story, with Kirk's self-doubt and confidence issues, a plethora of well-meaning misunderstandings, sucking it up & getting back in the saddle, so to speak, and finally the happy ending--you've managed to cheer me up quite a bit. Thank you. ♥
