i'm a huge cas fan and i'm thoroughly enjoying the moral ambiguity. i highly doubt he's going to be totally darkside but it's nice that he's not clean-cut angel anymore. i do hope that dean doesn't go all morality batman on his ass considering the really grey decisions he's made in his own life. otherwise, hypocritical much :/
You are above petty things such as liking a character coming between you and awesome plot lines. :D Oh lordy, I do hope Dean doesn't. Dear lord, he should remember that Sam went down a dark path too, at least. I have a feeling that Dean's behavior toward Castiel is big factor in what's going on with him. I mean, Dean's track record isn't good lately, ignoring Castiel, only calling when he needs him, saying he's useless and like a baby in a trenchcoat without his powers. At least, I hope they address this and it's fueling Castiel's attitude. And I have a feeling that Castiel is being tempted. I mean, who's in charge of heaven right now? No one is, but I think Castiel is getting close and damn, that's big temptation.
In any case, I'm just excited and looking forward to the end of the season and finding out what's going on. I haven't had that feeling in a long time, aching to know what's going on instead of being apathetic or NOT wanting to know because it will disappoint me.
