How can I judge you when you're using a Spock icon? It's ILLOGICAL. :P I've noticed that with ontd_startrek lately, hate will overflow into things like fandomsecrets or personal journals. Well, at least they're not swarming on the site itself. I guess it's not so bad, considering how freaking huge the community is.

Maybe I'm so upset because they're dissing my baby Dean. I'm going to have to rewatch the first two seasons just to remember the awesome.

I know right? I'm so amused.

For real, there are J2 fangirls. :P But really, why bother? Am I that evil where you feel the need to come down on my sin? Maybe I pissed them off some other way, idek. *shrugs*

Well, I don't agree. I don't think Dean cried there because of Sam, he cried there because of himself. When Sam exorcised those demons Dean even kind of respected him, that was what I saw. He said no to Famine in front of Dean, that was a big step.

I think Dean cried for himself, not everything is about Sam, and Sam&Dean.

You know I had to go and watch the end after reading your comment to see about this, and I think I concede that he was indeed crying about himself. But I do disagree with everything not being about Sam. Sam is an integral part of Dean's life. It's kind of like this: You come home after being fired from work and told by all your co-workers that they hated you all along. As soon as you walk in the door, you encounter your entire family in a huge, bitter fight, so you quietly go into your room, curl into a corner, and sob your little heart out. Dean had this horrible self-realization pointed out by Famine, then he has to hear Sam going through withdrawal again, and I bet he kind of feels like nothing will ever get better, second verse same as the first. I think I've softened a little in regard to that point after rewatching, so Dean now just annoys me in general with more unimaginative crying and pleading from writers who have already written that before.

well of course it's always relevant about sam, but sometimes a person can cry for himself too, i meant that :D glad i could make you see what i saw though :D
