We have cats!
Andy and I adopted two gorgeous bengal cats today, Rajah and Marcus. They're like miniature tigers..incredibly pretty. We let them into our bedroom and they made right for the bed..so, hopefully they'll come out from under there eventually. We're hoping that they'll warm up to us eventually..but, they're really pretty and cute. We have cats! -

Bragging time
I might try to write an adaptation every semester..i wrote one last semester for Yuki and now i'm writing one for Larry...both having to do with Chinese folktales..and both of which may have a chance to be staged at professional theatres...

Happy Valentine's Day
I gave a man a dollar today outside of the Bart station and he asked if he could be my valentine. He also recited the entire "I have a Dream" speech at the bus stop. He was a nice guy...
I also saw a lot of guys carrying flowers for their significant others today..including a high schooler who had about 5 balloons and a couple stuffed animals for ( Read more... ) -

back to school and goings on
school started last thursday. It felt kind of good to be back and speaking chinese again and learning about theatre once again. I've only had one theatre class so far, but it's playcrafting and dramaturgy, which sounds like it is going to be a lot of fun. Theatre in the Movies
There's a movie version of Mamma Mia! coming out with Meryl Streep, Amanda Sygfried (Karen from Mean Girls), Colin Firth(!), Peirce Brosnen, and Bill "Bootstrap" Turner. it's going to be kind of amazing =). oh..and catherine baranski is in it as well. woohoo!!
