i've spent the last five days trekking the snow-capped peaks and green, green forests of tasmania, my first trip down there. fucking awesome i say!! basically stayed in pubs and B&B's, although spent monday night at a freezing cold cabin atop mt. rufus, although i did spend a bit of time high up playing in the snow -- another first for me! yay

as for your advice, i'm doing it as well as i can, but i did drink a few reds tonight sadly. should be keeping off the piss, me. and the 'meds' in question are not prescription things, only urals.
