1. It really goes without saying at this point, but the ATWT honchos can go die in a fire anytime now. Expecting the worst, since they certainly have a proven track record in delivering in that regard.

Just seems the way from the Asian countries - the skaters are dicated by someone else.
I'll have to check out the Russian pair. I'm so terribly biased, that I haven't paid too much attention to the Russian pairs since Sikharulidze and Berezhnaya. And I call myself a skating fan!
Trying to get over myself and get prepared for the most contrived horrifically poorly written ending of a grand love in all of film! Work in progress. :P

I really haven't liked a Russian team in AGES, so I have high hopes for this one!
Ugh, the end of ATWT. I just want it to be over at this point! Still trying to enjoy it in the meantime, but it's a challenge!

Last season of SPN was a complete letdown, IMO. While I thought that they were building to the finale (and they were, for all intents and purposes), I enjoyed it and I thought they were going to stick a solid landing. But between the renewal, the meta, and the constant fake-out deaths, I'm disenchanted. I'm also hopeful for an enjoyable S6, but my emotional investment in these characters has dwindled to almost nothing. Sad.

I hear you on SPN. The flashbacks really made me realize how much my investment has dwindled by reminding me of a time when I cared SO much about Sam and Dean. But now, one of them could die for real and I don't know how much it would impact me because they've cried wolf soooooo many times. I really hope S6 can return my emotional investment.

It's funny that you mention Jared's head (I LOLed), because as we were watching those flashbacks, Michelle, who had never seen the first two seasons, exclaimed about how the Cro-Mag (which is what we call him) used to be so cute!
