Is Patient a smoker/drinker: No / On occasion. (One glass of wine a week.)
Does Patient have a family history of hyper/hypotention: Unknown.
Drug or alcohol abuse: No.
Medical history: No broken bones. No surgeries. No mental trauma (Unless you count being ostracized in school for having blue skin and appearing physically different than the other children while being raised in a prison in order to keep NASA from taking me with the threat of being used as an experiment.) No tattoos. No known history of abuse other than normal childhood disciplinary actions. Joint articulation is normal. Heart rate is normal. Has a normal sized heart and lungs. Breathes oxygen, has normal red blood similar to human though type is categorized. Can donate blood but cannot receive blood from other donors. (This would classify as O- blood group though the Genotype is ABO.)
Allergies: No known history of allergies.
Anything distinguishable that was not covered in history: Blue skin. Eyes are a bright, nearly toxic green color. Pupils dilate normally though larger in size than a human. Skin sensitivity is normal. Cat scans reveal higher than average brain activity. Memory centers are in the normal range though in the areas of emotion and long term memory seem most active and therefore more complex.
Diet: Consumption of foods are in the normal range though sugars of any type consist of a larger than average part of patient's diet. Patient has complained in the past that filtered water has a strange taste. Patient consumes donuts regularly and has made mention that fish has become the main staple for proteins. Patient has been given an experimental mineral filtered water with silver, zinc, copper, and sodium chloride. The water filtered in silver was best accepted though considered toxic in high quantities for human consumption. (This could contribute to patient's blue skin tone. Remaining factors are unknown at this time.)

Patient has been given an experimental vitamin supplement in the past and has complained of discomfort. Standard multivitamins along with an amino acid supplement was accepted.
Emotional Well-being: Patient is in a relationship currently and has actively sought to assimilate into society through guidance. Patient is aware of potential complications of social standards and has accepted to take actions necessary to complete and fulfill his duties as a caregiver and provider. Patient is actively seeking methods of anger management such as hobbies and does actively change routines on a regular basis to prevent stress and burnout. Patient has begun a communication regiment to better his bond with his partner in order to maintain a normal and caring relationship.

Patient has taken the following hobbies: Botany, Herbology, Astronomy, Literature, Physics, Engineering, Bio-mechanics and Chemistry. Patient has complained that genetics is not a chosen field for a hobby and chooses to refrain from any experiments with said subject at all costs.
