This. 100x this. I utterly loved this episode. From showing actual fallout from losing JJ to the chemistry the whole damn team has with each other... this episode shows why this show is so awesonme. Hotch's stoic caring, Reid's self-awareness (or not... yeah, if MGG showed up in nerd circles all hell would break loose... oh, and I love how after Reid got the wife to admit what was going on he was completely no-nonesense in what they needed: "No, your sex life.") The Morgan-Garcia platonic love affair is breathtaking (and don't think Hotch didn't know what he was doing when he told Morgan that Garcia needed help). And Emily with the plan and the gun and the dealing with the aftermath. Oh, and Rossi, who was his awesome self too. This was the way the team should be... dealing with their loss and getting things done and working seamlessly with each other.

I miss AJ/JJ. I loathe CBS. But I still love my show.
