The music room has not been decorated for the occassion so it looks much as it always does. After all, how does one really decorate for a funeral? There are flowers, but that and the chairs set up in a vague circle within the room are the only noticeable difference in the room's decor.

At precisely 6:05 pm, Dinah stands at her seat, looks around at everyone who has gathered in the room.

" Brando meant a lot of different things to a lot of different people and if this can help bring us together... he'd really want that, I think. For being so old and losing so much, Brando was very big on family so that when one member falls there would always be someone, a support system for the rest. We're each other's support systems." She smiles, after a moment, folding her hands in front of her. "We're family."

The words settle into the room and she nods, satisfied, glad she didn't try to prepare anything ahead of time.

"The only way we're getting through any of this... is together. So please, open up your hearts. Listen, talk, whatever. This is going to be the weirdest funeral you've ever been to. No preacher, no casket, no talks about how his soul went on to another place. Not sure where he went, but well, he did go somewhere good. Somewhere restful. Any death angel can attest to that. After death is not a bad place, no fear, no pain. Just rest."

She sits down, again, picking up a flower from one of the nearby vases and twirling it between her fingers, waiting, saying goodbye in her head.
