Luka is in the Conrad workout room, blasting the Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow" from a pair of portable speakers she found in there and doing what looks something like a cross between kickboxing and an aerobics routine. She's open to interruptions, though you might not want to step between her and the punching bag.
Mio is in the Kashtta tower,

"...is it possible that I can help you?" she asks, blinking slowly at Mio. She's not entirely sure what this woman is doing here; she doesn't exactly recognize her.

"Perhaps," Mio says in Japanese, figuring Sailor Mercury will be more comfortable speaking in her own (and Mio's own) native tongue. "Sato-san had been trying to fix some things of mine; I thought I'd come by to get them back since she's no longer here."

«Ah,» she says, pushing the chair back and standing up. «I'm afraid I don't entirely understand her system yet, but feel free to look.»
This will take some time away from her ability to work on the system, but she doesn't want to get in anyone's way, either.

And also, given the recent ravenous-rift thing that went down, Huck really doesn't want to leave her Pack somewhere while she gets food, because she might bring it back to an empty room or something.
So she wanders in, boys in tow, and immediately pokes her head into Mio's personal cooking space to smell the delicious. "That smells awesome," she declares, resisting the urge to just steal a bite with her fingers -- for one, the food's still hot and all. "What's it?"

Salad is the proper way to start any Western-style dinner, in Mio's opinion. Besides, if she's guessing correctly, Huck and the boys probably don't eat nearly enough vegetables as they should.

"Chicken'swhat'm smellin', I bet," she declares a little excitedly. Meat is a Huck's favorite type of food. All the meat.
She does wrinkle her nose just a tiny bit at the salad suggestion, but hey, free food's free food and if she's going to try and make Billy eat it, she's going to have to eat some as well. So she grabs some plates and shoves them in the direction of her two Packmates. "A'right, y'ain't gettin' no meat if y'don' eat no trees," she tells them. With her Srs Face on and everything.

Billy, for his part, shuffles over to the salad and spends a good while picking only lettuce out of the bowl. He's not eating any of the weird other things in it.
Jon's just going to lineface over here by the door, thanks.

After so long - very long - without it, it feels almost foreign. At the same time, he wonders if it's the foreign-ness itself which is strange. It also feels right.
He looks up when Mio comes into his field of view, trying to work out if he's seen her before - and, if not, who she might be. "Hey."

Mio looks at Jack speculatively. She hadn't been aware there was a Jack here. When she had first arrived, Owen had turned her over to Gwen, which led her to believe that Gwen was the one making the decisions in Torchwood. If there was a Jack in Chicago, why wasn't he in charge of Torchwood? She's sure there was some sort of story there.
Mio nods politely to Jack. "Hello," she says, her voice carefully neutral.

"Haven't seen you around here before," he says by way of explanation, and then amends "Well, to be fair, I haven't been seen much around here myself."
Again - and it won't be always, he knows, he knows - there's a slight catch before he can extend his hand, use the introduction he always used to.
"Captain Jack Harkness."

Mio takes Jack's offered hand and gives it a firm, professional shake. "Mio Hongo. Pleasure to meet you." Well, not exactly, circumstances being what they are, but there's no way to tell yet if Jack's appearance at the Kashtta (or perhaps, reappearance?) has anything to do with the disappearance of the rest of Torchwood. Best to satisfy the forms of politeness for now even if they are technically lies.

He has never seen anyone with physical skills like what this girl in the workout room is showing, even the strongest athletes playing Quidditch couldn't do this
It makes him stop and step into the workout room. He doesn't know how to fight, not like that. There's no desire on his part to learn either. It doesn't mean that he can't appreciate the fact that someone can do something like this.
The... music's a bit odd, but he isn't paying attention to that.

Luka feels Harry step into the workout room with her mindfeeling. She takes a moment to finish up the move combo she was doing, then she steps over to her iPod and turns off the music so she can talk better.
"Am I in your way?" Luka asks, turning to Harry. This is a public space after all, and she was taking up a large portion of the room. If he wants to use the room as well it's only fair to let him.
