To see a truck transporting goods throughout the city is not necessarily something out of the norm. In fact, it is a daily occurrence. However, today, a transport was sent out. A transport with no real destination and drop off. However, it does pull to park several blocks down from one Conrad Hotel.

It waits, the driver looking around expectantly. He has no idea why he was told to stop, just that he was.

And it seems on time, that, when the streets have hit their busiest point, the truck itself erupts into flames due to a very loud explosion.

However! Note that what should be smoke filtering away from the truck is a thick, almost yellowed plume of gas. City officials may try to contain it, but it is easily diffusing into the regular smog that Chicago holds. People all around begin to stumble, stammer and fall to the ground, screaming, trembling.

If the gas reaches you? May your worst fear come true.

Somewhere, two people are sharing a laugh. A long, hearty laugh. Because this is the punchline.

[ooc: Some info about the fear toxin. It is aerosol hallucinogen. It's targeted so that when a person inhales it, it makes them undergo visions of the object(s) they fear most. It is not fatal (not this dose, anyway) and could last minutes to hours, depending on proximity and merely how long ones body can filter it through. It's different with everyone.
