I just started tax class. Seems I have to take the basic before being allowed to take any advanced courses. Of course, the first class (Tues & Thurs, 3 hours each day, runs until Nov. 6th) was mostly introductory with all of the usual boring stuff: introduce yourselves, this is the course syllabus, this is your textbook and workbook, blah, blah,
