i love it when a plan comes together. and by "a plan" i mean "two stories at once". i spent all of today working on my space noir for 'universal constant' and i wrote about 2k, maybe more. it was the part i was basically most concerned about when setting out to write it, too, which is gratifying to have unbottled it. it's kinda funny actually,

I feel like City on the Edge of Forever has been rebooted a lot already. (Or like twice.) lol. And not that your addition to the group would be bad, or anything, but, you know, as a reader, it would be refreshing to read a reboot of a different episode.

BUT LETS BE HONEST, I would read anything that you wrote, really.

yeah, i know, and that's part of why i wouldn't want to do it, lol. i like being incomparable, even if only by default. XD and i am kind of obsessed with episode reboots sooooo yeah, i think 'conscience of the king' might win. though 'space seed', guh. so tempting... just think of all the foreshadowing!

Man, there isn't nearly enough fic in the fandom that deals (positively) with Jim's relationship with Winona and I know that you would handle it awesomely, so your first idea is definitely something I'd be excited to read. I am also a total sucker for the Groundhog Day trope, though, and I'd imagine it would be great for a big bang story. I don't know. WRITE EVERYTHING XD
