Sadly, yes. He will be better gone, and I think he might feel more at home in the French league. *sigh* At least it's "only" on loan, right?

*sticks out tongue*
*embraces you*

How expensive are your glasses? I can get pretty cheap frames and I don't really mind, but I always need the thinning thing and I have to pay extra for my astigmatism. :(

Whee, German food!

o.O 200 Euros...400, WHAT?! I pay about 350$ for mine with all the shiz...and that's slightly under 200 Euros. 400 ain't worth it unless it's designer frames or something. o.O

(Sorry for the late reply)

Well, in honor of his renaming, I went out and got an icon that actually features Canna's fabulous smile...rather than his sultry, serious look which seem to favor. *cough*

And um yeah, when your paycheck doesn't cover your bills, that's a clear sign!

I thought Gourcuff was only going out on loan for a year or so until they make space for him in the geriatric midfield.

Hee. I love his smile. I need to re-load all my smiley icons of him! (They're all circa 2006, but who cares!)

My bills are a bit outrageous too...but yes. I can do so much more than just being a receptionist...and get paid more in the process, of course.

With Flamoney coming in, I don't know if that'll ever happen... (Our midfield is geriatric?! Then our defense must be...hell...ANTIQUE then! T_T)

Alas, our backfield is geriatric!

I think the key to playing in Serie A, the Coppa and in Europe is to have more than one starting line-up. Also, so many of the players play internationally as well, so they are exhausted and you need to be able to spell them, but with good players.

Look at the line-up they had for that Coppa game in December when they had just returned from Japan - it was awful. Like they just had to give up on competing in the Coppa last year...

I completely agree. I wish that Carletto would play different players more often instead of always relying on the same ones...and only giving the others a chance to play when there's an injury or forced substitution.

Christian Maldini is perhaps the cutest footy child.

Hey Kelly!!! *glomps you gently*

Yep, he's away to Bordeaux for a year. A loan, I believe. *sigh* He barely got ANY playing time at all this season, and with Flamini coming in next season...he'll be happier in France. At least, we're all hoping that he will be. *sniffles*

Free meals would be so awesome right now! LOL
How much longer are you staying in Australia?

I know! We used to be good because we'd value players are human beings and not just as investments and/or monetary valuables, and we made SMART decisions. Aka, we build up the most fuckin' amazing team the Earth has ever seen (or something like that). But these years...I don't know what Galliani and co. are smoking. Seriously, their decisions make no sense! So many players dedicate themselves to Meelan and LOVE the team, but...eh. I have the feeling that their passion (and that of fanboys/girls) is going unrewarded. *sigh*

...Suma said what?! Iner has been making much smarter investments and money transactions that Meelan lately! *shakes head* Lol, if Moratti doesn't know the value of money...then how do we justify Emerson's purchase AND salary???? :/

Even with the greatest players on pitch, a team cannot be great if their management is all a bunch of fucktards. Grrrr.
