It's definitely been an interesting few weeks. I caught a nasty cold from my mother last week - totally lost my voice on Sunday, couldn't talk at all until Tuesday, only just now feeling roughly normal. I did absolutely nothing for several days. First ever time I missed an exam (I'm still not sure whether I'm going to be doing it at a later date or

I had never been a part of a book club before, and had never really wanted to until ittykat started getting all excited about starting one. It's just like meeting a group of friends and talking about books, the only strange thing is that you've all just read the same one (if it wasn't premeditated it'd be rather creepy).

Bookclub or no, The Wizard of Oz is a wonderful book :)

i wonder how many people in the audience saw themselves (or their children) in that movie: on the couch, small screen in front of their faces, super-sized beverages.

and they made me like a roach! that's amazing.
