RP post for milliways_bar: Painting Richard and Armand

It is just a few steps through the snow, and they arrive at a timber-framed house with a steep roof

Armand looks around and smiles. A cosy studio; not something the monks would approve of, but he likes it.

"So, do you have any set ideas, or can I ask that we do this as a nude portrait?"

Armand doesn't have tact. Why have tact when you can get straight to the point?

Beth laughs.

"No, I have no set ideas; and normally it's me who carefully coaxes the clothes off people. Nude portraits are a very interesting idea, I always find" - he thinks of a few of that sort he#s done of his lover Lajos - "so just take off as much as you feel comfortable with, and then I'll find an angle in which to paint you so botht he portrait aspect and the nude aspect come into play."

Beth quickly starts mixing paints; he works with vampiric speed, despite all the mortal mannerisms he might have.

Richard blushes and strips down to his shorts, and pulls Amadeo onto his lap on the couch.

"How's this?"

Armand rolls his eyes. "I'm still clothed, for one, and so are you."

He stands and strips down to his skin without even so much as a blush.

"Now yours," he says, and reaches for Richard's shorts, sharp fingernails cutting through material as he pulls at them, grinning.

"Much better."
