It hadn't taken long for Mary to get packed, as she hadn't accumulated much while living at the motel. She was very excited about the new house. Yes, it was a little big for just her, but with Murdock also moving in too, she could justify the extra space.

Plus she could also justify buying new shoes to fill that walk-in closet.

Murdock didn't have much either, but that didn't stop him from claiming the second biggest bedroom. There were only a few boxes he carried upstairs and dumped in the room before going down to check out the garage.

Perfect size.

"Hey Mary," he wandered back inside. "You got anything you need help with?"

"That depends on how good you are at hanging curtains," said Mary, smiling.

"I can probably handle that," he grinned. "Might not even need a ladder." He was kind of tall.

Though he'd have to get one sooner or later.
