Full version: Spidey has no particular psychic defenses or training, but he's very strong-willed and his spider-sense warns him of danger or ill-intent with an intensity proportionate to the level of risk. So, an extremely light mental touch might make him wary, but he'd be unable to place why; the deeper that Snape rifled his brain, the more urgent and precise the warning would be. After a certain point Spidey would be able to pinpoint Snape as the origin point, and if for some reason Snape were to push REALLY hard Spidey might just lash out instinctively. Again, he has no way of fighting back psychically, but physically is another matter entirely.
Recently, there's the added complication that he's got a magically induced psychic blindspot protecting his secret identity. Full details are in the link, but the basic run-down is that no one can discover Spidey's secret identity short of actually unmasking him. Kaiba: Go right ahead and pick whatever you want out of his brain. Just be warned that his power is (untrained) mimicry so if he notices and reacts he might be able to look into his mind back. Emphasis on Might since he doesn't use said power very often because he dislikes it.
