Hi guys! This is my first posting. Have been a silent reader and this community definitely helped me to look out for good buys! :) Wish to contribute back to the community and hope you may find it useful :)

The HVV dress looks really classy and a good fit for you. I like the overall structure and flow of the material, especially at the skirt part. A deterring factor for getting the dress for me is the price. HVV's prices have risen recently but their designs look yummier with each subsequent launch. Not sure if it is due to their HVV Loveboxes being given out?Wished that it was <$30 though. 2 looks fitted on u too,the dress is simple with the embellishments =)3 looks really nice on the model but somehow it looks normal in real life. Ive got the celine velvet playsuit and I really like the classiness it oozes out when worn. However, I find it troublesome to reach for the buttons and remove them when taking off the piece.4 Looks like a really apt combi,feminine lace matched with rocker chic worthy leather skirt. I love the skirt too but I could not grab it fast enough=X and yeap I agree with you that LB prices are getting more exorbitant n their material used has not been justifiable for their prices.Its so painful on the wallet to shop wf

#1 yes I love the structure and the overall feel of the hvv dress as well :) you're right about the price as I was quite hesitant initially. But I took a bet on it that the material wont disappoint me and I'm glad it didnt!

#3 ahhh im jealous >< hahaha! but yes that's the problem with rompers, but the classiness of the velvet playsuit is just too high. for the lace dress, it looks better when I tried on the M size but I just couldnt zip up fully. :c and L is too big. sadly dont have the perfect cutting for me.

#4 haha you made me realized that I subconsciously put together a feminine+rocker chic look :D ya the dress version of the corset was like $46 and i was like 0.0 are you kidding!!

Wow you look great in your buys! :) may I ask for hvv's dress, does the v-neck expose the bra from side view? I'm pretty tempted to get hvv after seeing yr review but I'm worried about the exposure.

thanks babe! :)) nope it doesnt expose because the flaps are sturdy enough to stay in place! However do not pick a bra that doesnt have a high 'connector' ummm something like this: http://www.fashionisingpictures.net/catwalks/LaurenBuddLaSenzaLingerie11LookBook6.jpg but rather a lower cut like: http://www.fashionisingpictures.net/catwalks/LaurenBuddLaSenzaLingerie11LookBook9.jpg would suffice :)

I think the HVV dress looks ultra flattering on you babe! :DD Glad that you managed to get those TVD items hehe, I wanted to get the skirt but I was worried it would be too short for me... was it too short for you cause I'm around your height.

aww thank you! hmm yes its quite short but it's hard to get 'zao geng' cuz the skirt is tight :)
