Hi ladies, I am silent reader and only decided to post this when someone advise me to. I purchased Smooch The Label's 'Chic Escape Dress' in XS and it was way too small for me so I asked for an exchange and they gladly did. Hey babe i understand how you feel, i sent my return mail via registered mail and they didn't even bother to collect. The mail got returned to me eventually after the two weeks hold at the PO. Customer service team at Smooch sucks terribly.

Need to think more than just twice before purchasing from them again.

Dear ladies, yes, there are quite a few cases of Smooch's terrible CS, but in this case, I actually think they handled it quite well. Please note that I'm in no way affiliated with Smooch, but I used to be a seller too, so I don't think it's fair for you to say that Smooch isn't replying on their end.. they have replied, though a bit slow ( ... )

i do think you posting on this lj/forum was a great idea and clearly you've received a favourable response from them :) pretty sure it has very much to do with your post and the fact that they know their response will be under public scrutiny.

i have had the same issue with them before but it was just taken as lost mail and no compensation. that was about 2 years ago though hahahh. needless to say i haven't ordered from them since. once bitten twice shy! if this is the way they handle all lost returns henceforth though, i wouldn't mind purchasing again.
