Smooch The Label Service

Hi ladies, I am silent reader and only decided to post this when someone advise me to. I purchased Smooch The Label's 'Chic Escape Dress' in XS and it was way too small for me so I asked for an exchange and they gladly did. I returned the dress via normal postage and did not hear from them afterwards. Decided to send an email regarding the status of the dress only to find out that it has not reach them.

In one of Smooch's reply:
We have yet to receive the return mail from you though. Our exchanges were checked on yesterday too. However, should we still not receive it by next week, do drop us another email and we will see what we can do about the exchange. Thank you and have a great week ahead!

On my end, I checked with the post office but wasn't given a positive reply. Afterwhich, I sent another email to Smooch only to receive a Mail Delivery System reply.

Initially I decided not to pursue the matter since Smooch seems to be not replying on their end, what more can I do. But after purchasing the same dress from a reseller, she advise me to post this here to let you guys know about the incident and how Smooch handles their customer.

It may be my mistake to send the item back via normal postage but I also send an item back to Love Bonito and they received it. It baffles me why Smooch didn't. Their non-reply equally baffles me.

I will email Smooch again to see whether I get a reply from them or a system reply. Will definitely update!
