Smooch sent me a USED Zipper bowling bag!!!

Hello ladies, I have been a slient reader and only decided to post this as I'm sooo angry and disappointed with Smooch! I order the zipper bowling bag from Smooch a while back and only got around to opening the bag for the 1st time last night. To my dismay, I found some items in the inner pocket of the bag!! This is terrible! First time I've heard of this on BOS and I've never encountered anything like this as well. :/ Please update and let us know what smooch's reason is. Terrible :(
