Smooch sent me a USED Zipper bowling bag!!!

Hello ladies, I have been a slient reader and only decided to post this as I'm sooo angry and disappointed with Smooch! I order the zipper bowling bag from Smooch a while back and only got around to opening the bag for the 1st time last night. To my dismay, I found some items in the inner pocket of the bag!! Will update when Smooch reply. The bag has a few light scuffs. Not sure if it is the nature of the material or due to using the bag.

Do you think it could be the owner? I remember Smooch's owner name is Sarah but I'm not sure what her last name is ...

Was about to say that too! Her name is Sarah but am not sure about her surname as well. :/

Did a quick search on facebook for Sarah's profile, seems like that's her surname D: Terrible is an understatement here, and that bag cost a bomb too. Hope you can get some proper explanation and compensation from them!

I am not an active commenter nor reviewer here but after reading your entry, I couldn't help but feel angry and disappointed at how atrocious some bs services can be and thought Smooch is rather established here? I'm an avid buyer of many blogshops and now I think I better reconsider thrice before I buy from less established bs. Hope you will get a satisfactory reply from Smooch soon!

They tagged 'Sarah Lim' in the post showing pictures of Smooch using their hairstyling etc services during their recent photoshoot.

It seems that Sarah Lim is someone involved in the business, if not the owner. Otherwise, they wouldn't have tagged her.

i previously bought a romper from smooch and to my horror, despite the zipper having no problems when i first tried it on, it split halfway when i was out shopping! the side zipper was pretty long too! horrible! my entire romper just fell apart ! luckily i was wearing a jacket !! their clothes are nice but can either be found on taobao for cheaper prices or arent up to quality. pretty pricey too IMO
