I got the new computer today, plugged in everything and switched it on...nada. Several parts of the computer had been dislodged during shipping, put those back, checked everything...things seemed fine, aside from the sutter on start up. Pleased, I went to dinner, I came back a couple of hours later to find the computer off, confused, I turned it ( Read more... )

When the box arrived at my apartment here in KY, the corner of it was completely worn off, exposing the interior, and bottom of the side speaker had broken. Plus the colors were never quite right afterwards.

OMFG! That is HORRIBLE! I'd be pissed too. :(
