Exactly. If their personal lives are off limits, ours should be as well. They can take their nose right out of my bedroom, and I'll be happy to stay out of theirs. They can also go ahead and keep what in their bedroom out of the school system and put in actual education, too. That would be just fine by me.

But if they're going to be hypocrites about it, I say we should get to point that out loud and long.

Oooh... ouch. On the other hand, her mother named her Bristol, so I'm sure there's plenty of hate there already.

The number of mini-scandals coming out of Palin are increasing hourly, and it's hilarious. Apparently she was a member of an independent political party which advocated for the state of Alaska to secede from the union.

I think this pick as a whole was worse that Eagleton, and yet I don't see her being dropped.

With any luck McCain will be nice and stubborn on this and it'll send his campaign to the crapper.

I'm beginning to wonder if they're going to pull something like having her refuse the nomination at the convention, and presenting someone else instead. I doubt it will actually happen, but it'd be interesting to see how they stage it if they do.
