When this comes out on DVD, I may need to have a Cool Gel Attacks viewing party.

... The heck?

I think I agree with you: Must be seen.

By the way, you're Chicagoland, right? I'll be at WindyCon in Lombard this weekend -- Friday 9:00 p.m. set.

I'm about 2 1/2 miles south in Champaign-Urbana and have no car these days. :(

Need to find a way to book you on campus...

Ahhhh. I think you mean, 2-1/2 hours south. Hm. Haven't been to ChamBanaCon in years, but....

Well, you can be assured that this is on the video room schedule for next year's Fencon.

I feel like I just saw the whole thing. Can't wait for the US remake.

I know what you mean. Awesome trailer, but it feels like we saw all the good parts.

Yeah, but I know I'd watch it...or at least try. I've gotten to where I want my "bad" movies, but I don't want boring ones. The latter get turned off.

That having been said, I just saw The New Barbarians over the weekend, and oh man, some of the most fun cheapo-deluxo gore-deaths I've seen in a long time.

And who can resist a film whose idea of social commentary is a Caesar-like figure--who represents the core of the Catholic Church, of course--anally raping a man who broke ranks and now defends the protestants?

Ha, it looks like if Stephen Chow had directed Slither (which sounds like an awesome idea).

And while I'm at it, I might as well mention, I recorded another So You Don't Have To tribute yesterday where I chowed through Bacon Vodka, the McRib, and the Double Down. ( http://tinyurl.com/2brlou2 ) I felt bad it wasn't as wild and crazy, but I haven't found any food items worthy of the title.

BACON VODKA? WHERE?!

I know a place in Cali that infuses its vodka with bacon. Did you do that or do you know of a place that sells actual bacon vodka?

Off the top of my head, http://bakonvodka.com/ has it up for sale. I'm pretty sure that's the brand that I tried, but the sample I have is from a friend who works at a liquor distributor and it didn't come in the original bottle. They have positive reviews on their site, which throws me for a loop.

I shall look as soon as I get home tonight!

Please work, laptop. Please work.

Also, some new SYDHT plans are in the works...including one that might be really, REALLY fun...
