My flouse* smells divine!

I have a spiced apple and apricot cake in the oven... I have ham boiling in cocacola... and I have buternut squash roasting with red onions...

I'm hungry just typing that up!

Of course... now I have to tackle the washing up :( Will be worth it for what i get to eat in a little while :D

I make ham like that a lot, but I normally use root beer :)

I haven't heard of it done using root beer, but then we can't get that here in Ireland, so maybe why.
