I've been on a total domestic kick today. My kitchen is spotless, my bathroom is gleaming and I have a kitchen full of fresh baking!

Speaking of baking... I promised this to Terri about two weeks ago... can I only say the wait it worth it because I tested both recipes and this is by far the best!

My flouse* smells divine!

I have a spiced apple and apricot cake in the oven... I have ham boiling in cocacola... and I have buternut squash roasting with red onions...

I'm hungry just typing that up!

Of course... now I have to tackle the washing up :( Will be worth it for what i get to eat in a little while :D

So my other housemate came home today from her week away and announced she is having a party tomorrow night... I was stunned. I filled her in on what happened last week, complete with 'landlord was very angry' and 'he threatened to evict if it happens again' and she is still going ahead with it...
