Does anyone else's dog have a favourite place to to be sick? For my dog it's the stairs. That high traffic area with the cream carpeting. It's called linoleum, little dog. You'll find it in multiple parts of the house. LOOK IN TO IT.
My bad! Turns out there was context.girlfan1979July 12 2007, 23:20:36 UTC
10. Left to right of viewer: Margaret, Cathy, Carol, Ginger and Donna 20. Lift off, everything went okay. The signal for the thing, then the other thing.
Holy crap! Either I made this way, way, way too easy, or you just seriously know your show! Well done! If I counted correctly, and I may have very well not, you got 22 out of 28 correct.
(this is actually incorrect)
Really?! I'm sure that would piss Jed off. Actually, nah, he'd just come up with some excuse as to why he purposefully left the other words out which can't be disputed because he's the president and all. *g*
You got #5! Good guess!
Yep, you're super close with the Chloe thing.
Well, before he legal changes it, anyway. Which he totally should.
Haha! Well, it sure does fit with what I'm sure was a privileged upbringing.
Was there a bike involved in the job Charlie originally applied for? There might have been. I'll go check. If so, take another point.
I can't believe you got #26 dead on! But I stumped you on the last one!
Let's see, you got 2, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 24, 25, 26 and 27 correct. So, 10 out of 28. I'm sure you'd have got more if you'd watched it recently. Still! Tisk, tisk!
Dwarf, dwell and...dwigt? Heh, I can't think of the third one.
You're hilarious. The third one was dwindle. But apparently those aren't the only words in the english language that start with "dw". WHOOPS, SORKIN.
Well, that's Margaret and Donna and in the middle there are a bunch of people whose names I couldn't even begin to guess.
Hahah! I thought only one of those people would have been a stretch.
I totally gave you #13 even though I was looking more for what the exact quote was. But you're not wrong!
For 15 you didn't give the correct answer for Jed. I think that's just his job title acronym, but that he has a different secret service name.
I know it's the mayor from Buffy who ends up being the person staying behindHahah! While I was watching this I noticed that one of the Ainsley Hayes friends is that red head with the super curly hair who dated Wes on AtS for
( ... )
I think I have some kind of mental block when it comes to TWW because it's one of the few shows that I started watching before I found online fandom, and kept watching after. I don't take in as much because the first four years were basically spent being just a regular viewer instead of a fan.
I totally gave you #13 You mean 14, not 13, right? Because I didn't even put down that I thought it was a name that ended in ie or y like I was thinking.
Hahah! I thought only one of those people would have been a stretch. I have such issues with Sorkin and his propensity for giving the characters on all his shows the same names. Dear GOD, buy a baby names book or something!
It's funny that there's a distiction between watching things regularly and watching things watching them as A Fan, but there totally is. Sometimes I kind of resent not being able to just watch certain things casually without paying serious attention and hanging off of every word. It's hard work being fandomy!
Oops, yeah, I meant #14. Good reasoning on that.
Haha! I know what you mean. Like, it's a little bit ridiculous when the two psychiatrists Josh meets with over the course of the show are both named Stanley.
You got the following correct: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27. Awesome job! 18 out of 28.
You're right about #2. Well, it's the finest, not all, but you're close enough.
For #4 I think you're close, but a wee bit off. I'll double check.
Best. Introduction. Ever.
AGREED.
You're on for #17 if I was asking who had stayed behind. But there's also someone who asked to stay behind.
As for 28, this is a S1 trivia, so for your answer to be correct you'd have to include Two Cathedrals. But you're totally right, if you wanna get all complicated. *g*
Okay, so the only one's you didn't manage to get were: 5, 6, 19 and 20. Which means you got 22 out of 28.
Your #4 wasn't what I was looking for, but you aren't wrong, so I'm givin' it to ya.
Good guess on #5, though. You were close!
Hmmm, I don't think you quite got the latin translation in #6 enough for me to give it to you. I mean, I think you know what it is, but... I'm not sure I can give you that one.
Heh! I love how you worded #9. I guess that's the gist of it. I specifically asked for the reason Donna told Josh she was keeping it, not for what it was a parable of, but everybody's giving me the parable anyway. *g*
Wow, awesome job on #11! You got that one dead on for sure.
Haha! Your #16 is wicked! Great memory. There are some pretty hilarious reasons given. *g*
I'm amazed that anybody's getting 26 completely right. Well done!
I also watch my DVDs manically~I boughtthe complete box set with some of my wedding money, and i've watched them in order about 4 times since then (except for disc 11, because it came messed up so I can't see the speech and Ainsley dancing in her robe and flirting with Sam :-( )
Oooh, the complete box set! Is it true that season two is widescreen with that edition? I swear I'd read that somewhere and it made me want the things terrible. The first time through I wasn't a huge fan of the last three seasons, but I think now I've burried some of the bitterness enough to enjoy them more.
Oh man, that sucks to have to miss out on any Sam/Ainsley. I think in the end I liked him best with Mallory, but he and Ainsley very hot together. I ship Sam with everybody. *g*
So, I totally answered these all out loud when I was reading, because I was too lazy to type. But then some of them were just too good so, here
( ... )
Well I'm glad you decided to answer, cause I sure was expecting you of all people to rock the house on this. *g*
And you missed a whopping total of 1 anwser! #5. And I wasn't actually expecting people to know that one. But some people have got it right.
I think you're the only person to get #7 so far.
For #9 I was specifically asking for why Donna told Josh she kept his change, not for an explanation of the parable, just to save people writing it all out. But, I mean, you know it, so I'll give it to you.
Holy crap! You remember the author of the book! Amazing, amazing.
Heeee. I always forget he tells them that and then I watch the scene and am so amused. Especially when some of the kids are clearly all, "oh, wow, that's so cool!" Ahahaha.
Yeah, it's totally one of those lines that, like, sneaks out on the end of a breath, and is easy to miss or forget about, even though it's entirely hilarious and brilliant. And I love that it's the absolute last straw for Mallory. I mean, it was one thing that he told them the Roosavelt room wasn't named after Theodore Roosevelt, but that? She's just not havin' it.
