With Topaz, things have been quite different because now we're spending a lot more time apart as we're both working. That plus spending time with Topaz' friends and family and my friends (and recently, family) there's just not a lot of time we get just the two of us, and since Topaz doesn't get much down time, a lot of that time is spent on

I'm so happy to hear your depression is improving. It hurt me to see the depths you'd gone to in your entry about not being able to feel things for people... I guess because it made me think if you, with all the compassion I've felt you possess in the years I've read your journal, couldn't get out of that, no one could. But that's unfair pressure to you. And you have made progress, and I am relieved-happy and happy for you.
