The hardest thing I’ve ever done in my entire life was to stand beside you; encourage you to step out on your own and drive 1600 miles away to follow a dream. Because I knew once you left you’d never look back. Barely two months into 20 years old and I knew you could take whatever life would throw your way. I just had no idea how much life was planning on throwing. It may have rocked you on your heals a time or two, but it never knocked you off your feet. So, you’re right about those immovable legs of yours. My wish for you is that these next two years are everything (and more) that the past two years should have been.
And that all your fish swim downstream.
