Irene was getting more and more used to attending school functions, and feeling increasingly less like some sort of chaperone from the 50s. Well perhaps it was time for her to be a bit more aware of her surroundings. As now was the ideal time for a visit from an old... friend.

Irene nearly dropped her phone -- it was a very close thing, but she was quite practiced at making sure she didn't damage that particular piece of technology.

She wanted to say something clever, of course, but all she managed to come up with was, "Sherlock?"
