 i got my nose pierced today. it wasn't as monumental an event as i think i thought it would be. 
joann natalie and i were getting lunch after school got out at 11:30. and as we're almost finished i decide:

i feel like that line sometimes. when i'm really really tired beoynd exhaustion and everything is just urging sleep and my eyelids are falling like the stars from the sky. i like the word somnos better than sleep. doesn't it just make you want to fall into a deep, warm sleep?

i usually start to hate winter around february.

Summer camp isn't really for the campers. Bless their hearts, they're mostly just hoping to get back home with no broken bones or major emotional traumas. No, camp is for the counselors, who, after all, are there by choice, get paid, frequently snog the other counselors, and basically ride a serotonin high all summer long.
