[A small hovel rests just outside the Apartments. Upon entering, you find it is actually a large mansion. Loud detonations can be heard frequently from the Hovel, and those entering into it will find large swaths of things on fire within the mansion. Fizban is likely sleeping by one of these fires. It's actually reasonably warm in there.]

[Harry trudges past, wrapped up in his coat. He looks at the hovel for a minute before shaking his head, muttering "hell no" under his breath, and continuing on.]

[Klarth sneaks a peek in and is flabbergasted. Seeing that Fizban is nowhere in the immediate line of sight, he slips towards the closest fire and sits down cautiously.]
