Halloween Prep, DVD/Blu-Ray Release, and Books: A Rant of Sorts

Hey, everyone! Long time since anyone's posted. I felt like ranting about things to people who feel the same as I do about Transformers.  There's only so much my mother can take.  Oh, if only I knew some of you in real life!

Anyway, that's beside the point. As all of you, I'm getting mega-pumped for the movie release on the 30th (I'm so excited!).

Ironic that you just posted this. I finally started to work on my holoform! Bumblebee costume for Youmacon (and possibly Halloween). I started to work on his hat/helmet tonight.

As for Bee and Carly being on opposite ends of the planet, well what if Bee planted something on Sam (or IN Sam, HAHAHA) that allowed him to project Carly while Sam is awake? That way it would use Sam's energy (remember, advanced technology here!), possibly the electrical energy humans put out, to operate! It would be like a portable mini Bee! A tiny computer with Carly/Bee in it!

OMG!~ I totally would LOVE to do this! I wish I had time! Well, time, skill and writing ability anyway. :P

Dude, as far as the sassy Bee costume, a pair of black opaque tights should quash the inappropriate thing. I worked at McD for a while and as long as you 'blacked out' underneath you could wear anything you wanted.

This, totally this! Even more so if Sam finds out, and Carly's gender turns out to be interchangeable, so we can have some hot Bi action.

In other news, I am pouting because they don't have the Ironhide costume in adult sizes. ;_;

Aw, I never thought of that. Ironhide would be the shit! lol. But then, I'd worry that I'd cry while I'm wearing it. I'm starting to tear up now! *sob*

I found one a few months back. Nothing fancy, just the mask and T-shirt, but I have to say the mask alone is worth the price. The detail is impressive. <3 (The shirt's pretty nice too~) ^__^

Also on the whole Carly note - in G1; Carly was obsessed with Bumblebee. This makes me question if Bay has seen any Transformers episode of any universe. Carly barely even noticed Spike/Sam, but she was obsessed with meeting Bumblebee and the rest of the Autobots. It was only because of Bumblebee, Spike/Sam got a date with her in the first place.

Ah. Well, as soon as my Air Force salary kicks in, and I'm out of BMT, I'm buying the series. I can't wait to start it. But it's still a shame when people don't realize that sort of thing.
