That was great! I loved your explanation of the Allspark bonding to the human soul. This was actually how I thought of doing it myself, and I'm glad I'm not the only person that thought of it. You pulled off the explanation bit well, too; like how Ratchet digressed and Optimus was like, "FOCUS".
I'm also pleased that Optimus remains the voice of reason; I've noticed alot of fiction makes him somewhat... well, incompetent isn't the exact word, but close to. There's a tendency to mistake his empathy for foolishness; people need to remember that he's the LEADER of the Autobots, and in this continuity, at least, he was the ruler of Cybertron for many years. /small rant on Optimus.
Yeah... I actually squeal when I saw you updated; I love this fic. LOADS. :D
