I still have 2 Sam Adams Winter Lagers and 2 or 3 Noble Pils in the fridge... not touching them this week... That company with the Chocolate pepper whatever apparently does distribute up here. Any suggestions for going with Steaks? (I'm one of those heathens that uses marinades/rubs seasonings to excess)
I'd go with the pils. Talking about the New Belgium molè beer? I recommend getting a sample before buying a bottle. Didn't dig it -Fat Tire (yuck) with spices.
