My lockdown Work-Out Challenge

Had allowed myself a break from fitness for a while, but now that I finally found a good rhythm for this so-called "intelligent" lock-down that we do here in The Netherlands, I'm in the mood for a 30 day challenge again. If I'm not careful I'm just stuck in my seat all day (I don't really mind though;)

I put this work-out together based on my current needs, maybe one day I'll be in the mood for a more hardcore program or challenge, now I just want it to be easy and fun enough to keep going;)

Oh, right, the thing! Nearly forgot tonight, since yesterday was a restday;) I'll go do it now, so far it's going well - the calf raises are still the toughest bit!
