Had allowed myself a break from fitness for a while, but now that I finally found a good rhythm for this so-called "intelligent" lock-down that we do here in The Netherlands, I'm in the mood for a 30 day challenge again. Here's the work-out I put together for myself for May: a twist to stretch my sides and back from sitting down all day, a calf-exercise to replace all the cycling I usually do to and from work and my favorite low pressure cardio thing that gives my whole body some movement.
(This image links to a downloadable pdf version in my G-drive. With thanks to Darebee.com for this fitness set-up:)
I had originally planned to start with 60 calf raises, because they looked quite easy to do... After I had done only 10, I already realized my mistake and I had to adjust the amount of repeats. They turned out to be very mean! I barely managed 30, so I figured that would be a better number to do for the first weeks. I'm hoping the Calf Raises Hold for tomorrow is a good estimate of my abilities, we'll see!
