Hopefully you'll be able to sleep on the bus, I never had much luck sleeping on long bus trips - but you'll at least get good naps at the hotel!

Also, HUZZAH for The Hunger Games ;).

I usually don't have problems reading or sleeping on the bus, but I have no clue what kind of schedule, busses, drivers or passengers to expect;)

I wish I'd been able to read the books long before the film, so I would be safe from images and such, but I'm very curious to find out if I like the story as much as everyone else... First I'm gonna finish rereading Nightrunners though!

Can't wait to see what you've done for the john_w_bigbang. :D :D

How long does it take you to get to London by bus? *curious* Sounds like loads of fun though. :D

I can't wait to share what I made;)

Traveltimes vary, there are three daybusses and four nightbusses either way... *checks schedule*
Our nightbus D: 21.30 (Amstelstation) A: 07.45 next day (Victoria station)
Our daybus D: 09.00, A: 21.45 (But for instance the 8 a.m. bus arrives at 19.30, so that's 1 hour and fifteen minutes faster. But we figured we'd appreciate an hour sleep more than we would benefit less traveltime;) There also appear to be different ways to cross the channel, huh.)
