d'aawwwwww *snuggles them both* *snuggles you too* feel better, this is GORGEOUS. It really is. Noticed a few weird tense problems that make it unclear who's doing the action, but FAR better edited than I get when I'm sick and/or tired.

PS HAWT!!

Yay snuggles ^^

I had a read-thru and didn't see anything that jumped out at me, would it be a PITA to DM me the bits that didn't make sense? *panda eyes*

You keep saying this 'edited' word like I'll know what it is...

LMAO XD and I have NO idea where they are after the fact XD If you'd like me to give it a readthrough and point stuff out, I think the best way to do it would be if I copypasta'd the chapter into a gdoc and left comments if you're at all familiar with gdocs and wouldn't mind it being hosted there in that abstract "permanence" that is how the interwebz works.

Don't stress it boo, I'm tempted to believe that you were so over-awed by my smokin' hot porn that any clause mistakes existed solely in your hot lil head :P

Nah, I'll leave it a week for some distance and have a read-over to see if anything catches my eye. Not that I have an issue with gdocs, it just seems like a hassle for a few wibbly bits that I'll probably catch later. But thanks for the offer <3

This story truly deserves the title of "epic." The first half of the story, following their struggles on Ping was terrifying, funny and ultimately heartbreaking. It also had a wonderful TOS sort of vibe to it - a seemingly unbeatable conundrum which could only be beat through teamwork and ingenuity.

You could have ended it with the successful rescue of Jim, but you then took it to the next level by following through on the aftermath. Because true love doesn't fix everything; there are journeys that people have to struggle through on their own. I especially appreciated the scenes with Jim and his therapist - the battle of wills, the confusion and denial were just so spot on.

And of course the romance between Jim and Spock was lovely and heartfelt. I adore that even though they have found love and commitment together, there is and will always be that constant push and pull between them, the plays for power between two individuals who are extraordinarily intelligent and willful.

BRAVA.

Hope you feel better soon!

Wow, serious flailing at this feedback. First off, I was going for a TOS vibe kinda ish! I can't wait to see how reboot!Jim's going to start to move towards being TOS!Jim, and got impatient so wanted to nudge him that way myself. So that you might've caught some of that off this is truly wonderful to read.

Second flail, YES, so many traumatic things happen to these guys and we so seldom in Trek-verse canon get to see them recovering for anything other that a quick rest in Sickbay. I didn't want Jim 100% fixed at the end, but I wanted to see him on the way rather than just assuming it was going to happen. So, again, it means so much to see that someone else got that.

Thank you again. Such a lovely comment.

Okay. So... I know that a choir of angels (okay porny angels but stay with my metaphor here) don't actually burst into song when you post a story, but it kind of feels that way ( ... )

Skeee! OMG FEEDBACK PORN. GUSHY IS GOOD. GUSHY IS FABULOUSO.

And I totally get the 'OSHIT ONLY A FEW CHAPTERS TO GO' thing when reading something I love by someone else, so it's such a huge ego-boost to read someone saying it about me. Srsly, I'm all :D! over here.

I'm on such a K/S thang right now. Got some other stuff to finish but SO MUCH K/S IN MY HEART. They've been there over 25 years and I don't think they're going away.

Only a month! Miss you, bb, can't wait <3

Heh, I had to delete my first comment to you because I realized I'd said that K/S were going to be leaving my heart soon, which is just wrong in so many ways. Derp, indeed.

I'm not planning on xmas thingies at the mo because I have 10 (!!) K/S bunnies waiting to be written, plus a further 7 Pinto bunnies also demanding attention, so have enough to deal with trying to get all that mess sorted out first! I was going to big bang one of the K/S things but, eh, I like being free and wild and independently able to post at will. Anarchy!

AUUUUGH, how did it take me TWO DAYS to realize you'd finished this? SO GOOD. Jim finally admitting that he might have screwed up nearly broke my heart, as did the parallels with his father.

And of course the sex was... I don't think there's a word for what the sex was. Mind-blowing? Sure, we'll go with that. Also, UNNNNNF, hottest bonding ever. LOVE IT. And the last few lines are just perfect.

Totally worth it <3

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Fabulous ending. FABULOUS.

I think I love Jeff a little - excellent therapist, and the tiniest bit deliciously evil too. :)

Jim falling off the roof is perfect, and then Spock coming to find him..and the bond...and the HOT...and the bond...and did I mention the HOT?

strong hands wrap themselves around my torso and pull me up to lean back against his chest

I may just have a leetle kink for this position, and well..the melding in that scenario. Yes. Well. Ahem. Consider my buttons prodded.

Amazing series, and the most perfect ending bb. Thank you. <3

\o/! I'm so glad someone liked Jeff. I liked Jeff. Anyone who's a friend of Bones and who gets up Jim's nose can't be too bad.

And *cough* yeah. I like that position too. With the holding and the pumping and the rubbing.

Thank you for all your support! Glad you enjoyed it.
