March housekeeping...

So I finally got around to doing some housekeeping around here. I've answered most, if not all, of the comments in the last two threads. The Commentarius page here has finally been put up-to-date (perhaps even with something a bit extra... *wink*), and I finally got around to composing something I desperately needed, a masterlist of all my stories

This is a really random point, but I find it quite amusing that even though we've talked on msn a few times before, you probably don't know that the girl you talked to is me because I've never made you aware of it and we did only talk a few times. I just caught sight of your name on my msn contact list and thought that was pretty funny.

...So this is the part where you go, "I'm [insert msn name]. Remember!?" and I go, "Well, obviously! Except I'm quite crap at the internet in general and haven't been on msn/AIM in ages and it is therefore my fault that our acquaintanceship is not more formalized. Forgive me?" and you think about it *quite* a bit before reluctantly saying, "Well, all right."

.... I can't believe I actually left that part out. I suck.. I suck. In my defence, it's well past 2am in this part of the world and I just worked a ten hour shift and then had to listen to my boyfriend complain for an hour about how he wants to lock himself in a cave because he has a hangover. It's been a trying day.

I do remember our conversations! And really, do you think I'm the sort to scare senseless? I'm that sort that scares senseless, not the other way around. And now that we're all officially introduced, I expect many-a-more conversations where I will go, "Hullo, Sarah!" and you will go, "Hullo, Bee!" and we will bitch about life and declare the world an empty place without James Potter in it. Sound good?

Gwhahaaa, oh Bible! I actually didn't even think about that until you said it! My mind must be going through a dry spell. But now that you mention it... =P

Yes! I like it so much better than Hold It Against Me. I feel like it's a bit more Britney than that one. (Not that I would ever not like everything she does, of course, simply on principle, but...well, you know. There's a hierarchy).

Chapter Twenty-Four: October 28th: Getting to Know You AAGHHHHHHHH.

How is the chapter coming along? Has the start stopped being such a jerk yet?

It's coming along! I've sort of tentatively finished the beginning, though I'm relatively certain I'm going to have to go back again and re-work it later. It's just not clicking the way I want it to. But I'm pushing forward, anyway. Hopefully once I finish the rest of the chapter, the beginning will fall into place.

Good idea the Masterlist of fics. I actually found some fics that I still didn't read. I'm a LJ resistent sort of creature so I used read your stuff on fanfiction.net or the unknowable room... But mainly on ff.net.
Anyway, I'm happy to know that I'll have more good things to read until Getting to Know You is done. Which, by the way, I hope is soon. You know, Inspirational March and all those things considered.
