i met you the same time i met dave. blacken the skies was on tour, and the entire thing imploded in louisville. i stayed at fort not portland for three days and slept on the wooden walkway in the backyard, and when my brother came to pick me up, he gave you a rde to work.

i remember a shit-ton of cold fucking football games and a high school production that we were both in. i also remember my freshman year and how cool it was to have someone show a little love here and there for the new guy. then everyone graduated, and i woke up one morning a couple years down the road in iraq.... i'm still trying to figure out how i got here...
