How violent can Zaheer be? As violent as he can manage~ KO's a pretty tough guy, being twenty feet tall and made of metal and all.

Angel's Curse would not, in fact, affect him. c: But I do have a question for you particularly--Zaheer has an affinity for metal and some technology. He would probably take one look at Knock Out and bow to him from then on. My question is if that's okay and or if you have any ideas surrounding that.

This is 100% okay by me. Probably the last thing Knock Out needs is his ego stroked, which means it is immediately something I want to see happen. >:3 I don't have any particular preference for specifics, but I am quite all right with playing with this idea.

Tony is a normal human so go for it. Veles is immune. Vriska is a troll so...again we might need to talk?

Vanille and Shirley, extreme feelings only. Ace would also fall into this category. Tony would be affected, Veles would not, Vriska wouldn't be affected at all.

How violent is Zaheer allowed to be on first contact/etc?

Age: ...~20 years out of the computer; ~1500 cycles (approx years) in his world. Plus, created in adult form; so no matter how you swing it, he's not going to be remotely a kid.
Would you like Zaheer to tag your character? Sure!
Does Angel's Curse affect them? Shouldn't. He looks human (under the mask), but he's made completely of code, not human genetics at all.
How violent can Zaheer be? All the violence. Rinzler will reciprocate, so unless Zaheer can magically incapacitate him quick, he may end up worse off than the program. Given your own permissions stuff, it's probably something worth plotting.

Because of Zaheer's affinity to metal and interest in technology, I think it would, in fact, be very interesting to have these two meet and maybe duke it out if it comes to that.

How violent can Zaheer be? Ping if it ever comes to violence, other than that Aqua is a fairly nice individual unless you hurt one of her friends. 8D

Aqua's strength in magic may have Zaheer backing up, and also depending on how they meet will ultimately shift his view of her.

Then again, giving his dark magic, I'm not sure if she would react badly to him.
