Oh, I really do like this. I've always thought the relationship between the Master and Jack as not explored enough. The idea od Jack manipulating things as much as the Doctor...very good idea.

Wow! I still can't get my head around the timelines and the idea of an "old" Jack freaks me out in ways I can't even deal with, but this was a really moving piece of writing.

Somewhere out there is an icon with the caption: "Jack's timeline makes my head hurt." It seems really apt, because it isn't a time*line*, it's a snarl.
